The Living Area

It doesn't get much better than this beautiful 2300 sq. ft., 4 bedroom 4 bath vacation retreat in the Calabay Park Community. 
     The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to prepare that quick easy meal all the way to feeding the army in the attached dining room after a long day at the parks. Living room has a large 55" screen TV for some down time to watch streaming HD smart TV or one of the selections of DVDs provided 
     There is also an inside Washer and dryer so you can pack light, there's no need to return home with dirty clothes.

The Pool Area

The covered Lanai area is perfect for all weather bug free dining, and taking a break from the sun. South facing pool is perfect for all day sunshine. Fencing behind landscaping in the back and shrubbery in both sides create a private tropical setting for total privacy.

The Games Room

The game room provides an additional space to play a competitive game of pool or challenge someone to an exciting game of duel Popashot basketball. Recently added is a table arcade with over 1000 classic games.

Downstairs Master Bedroom

     With a king sized bed, and walk in closet, there is plenty of space to store your belongings and get a great nights sleep.

     Attached master bathroom has a large garden tub with his and her sinks. Also a large handicapped accessible barrier free shower with toilet area.
